Increase supplier performance (cost, quality and deadlines) by piloting the implementation of improvement actions, in close collaboration with suppliers
Manage corrective and preventive actions (relevance of responses, request for additional analyses) in order to ensure the delivery of parts in accordance with RADIALL's needs (quality, costs, deadlines)
Evaluate supplier performance by conducting quality audits and continuous improvement system
Qualify existing parts processes for new suppliers
Monitor supplier performance against annual targets
