Supervisor

Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible for leading the team, ensuring smooth operations, and monitoring staff performance. In this role, you will assign daily tasks, ensure work quality, and support team members in achieving company goals. Basic computer knowledge is required to manage reports, emails, and work-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Manage daily activities of staff and provide proper guidance
• Distribute work and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
• Evaluate employee performance and provide necessary training

Operations and Performance

• Optimize work processes and improve efficiency
• Maintain quality standards and quickly resolve any issues
• Prepare reports, update records, and provide updates to management

Customer and Employee Relations

• Handle customer issues and respond to complaints
• Maintain strong coordination between staff and management
• Motivate the team and ensure a professional work environment

Technical and Computer Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to handle emails and maintain digital records
• Basic knowledge of business software and reporting tools
• Experience with POS systems, ERP software, or other industry-specific tools is a plus

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge including MS Office, Email, and Reports
• Industry-specific experience is a plus

Education and Experience

• Minimum education requirement such as Bachelors, Diploma or High School
• Experience in a relevant industry is preferred

Salary and Benefits

• Salary 12000-15000
