Job Type:

Full-Time | Workshop / Site Based

Minimum Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5–10 Years of Experience in Automobile / Workshop Management

Key Requirements (Must Have):

• Strong technical knowledge of automobile systems (Engine, Transmission, Brakes, Suspension, Electricals etc.)
• Experience in Team Handling / Supervising Mechanics & Technicians
• Ability to plan & allocate daily work in the workshop
• Client dealing, Job Card preparation & Billing knowledge
• Knowledge of spare parts, maintenance schedules & quality standards
• Good knowledge of Computer & MS Office

Responsibilities:

• Supervising day-to-day workshop operations
• Monitoring repair, maintenance & servicing of vehicles
• Ensuring proper use of tools, spare parts & consumables
• Preparing Daily Work Reports & Job Cards
• Handling Client Queries & Ensuring Timely Delivery
• Managing Subordinate Staff (Mechanics, Helpers, Technicians)
• Ensuring quality standards and safety procedures in the workshop
• Reporting to Management about workshop activities

Salary Range:

₹25000 – ₹35,000 (Based on Interview Performance & Experience)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
