HR Assistant

Job Type:

Full-Time | Office Based

Qualification Required:

• MBA (Human Resource Management / Related Field)
• Minimum 2 Years of Experience in HR or relevant field
• Good Computer Knowledge (MS Office, Email, HR Software preferred)
• Fluency in English (Written & Verbal – Compulsory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Recruitment Process (Job Posting, Screening, Interview Coordination, Onboarding)
• Maintaining Employee Records, Attendance & Leave Management
• Assisting in Payroll Processing & HR Compliance
• Coordinating Training & Development Activities
• Drafting HR Letters, Memos & Circulars
• Supporting Senior HR in day-to-day operations
• Maintaining confidentiality of HR Data & Employee Files
• Ensuring smooth communication between Management & Employees

Skills Required:

• Strong Communication Skills (English Mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Email Drafting
• Knowledge of HR Policies & Labour Laws (Basic Level)
• Ability to Multitask & Handle Pressure
• Problem-Solving Attitude and Team Spirit
