HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant at our company located in Kamal Vihar, Raipur, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department with your proactive and detail-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups - Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital formats - Support onboarding and exit formalities for employees - Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, and other necessary HR documents - Coordinate with various departments for attendance, leave management, and employee queries - Engage in supporting employee engagement activities and office events - Ensure strict adherence to HR policies and procedures - Perform basic administrative tasks related to HR functions Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR or a similar role - Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and Word - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Capability to handle confidential information responsibly If you are interested in this opportunity, feel free to contact us at 6262700097.
