HR Assistant

Role Overview: Join One Mobility Group as an HR Assistant at one of the locations in Asia India, Pune Lonikand. You will be part of a vibrant international team and contribute to talent acquisition, skill matrix coordination, DOJO training, and various HR support activities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Manpower Planning & Requirement Analysis - Source and Acquire Talent - Conduct Screening & Selection processes - Coordinate Interviews and Evaluate candidates - Develop and maintain department-wise Skill Matrix aligned with QMS/TS/IATF standards - Conduct periodic skill gap analysis and provide skill compliance evidence for audits - Plan, organize, and maintain the DOJO training center as per organizational and IATF/ISO standards - Facilitate training on Safety, Quality standards, SOPs, and process-specific requirements - Maintain records of training completion and assessment results - Assess trainees through tests and demonstrations - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and act as a point of contact for female worker grievances - Support HR in conducting awareness sessions on POSH, workplace safety, and health - Assist in implementing programs to strengthen organizational values and culture Qualifications Required: - MBA in HR - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety, and quality systems - Effective training, facilitation, and communication skills - Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping abilities - 1-2 years of relevant experience Additional Details: One Mobility Group is a globally operating company with a culture of inclusivity, trust in ideas, and encouragement of collaboration.
