Jr. Engineer- Production

at one of our locations in

Asia India, ( Pune Lonikand)

Your tasks:

Take the next step in your career with us in a global innovative (automotive) environment:

• Production order releasing in SAP, Submit to the stores, and material issue for all the lines for two shifts.
• Facilitating production line with Man, material and documents (i.e. Setup approval, 4M change, Resource requisition etc.).
• Production order release and confirmation in SAP. Hourly productivity monitoring and updation in the system.
• Work closely with other departments for the process improvements and product quality assurance.
• Enforce and implement the IATF 16949 Quality Management system and ISO 14001.
• Responsible for rework, Defects root cause analysis.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
  

Job Requirements

• Qualification:- Diploma/Degree
• Production efficiency, Discipline and 5S monitoring on Shopfloor.
• Should be skilled at written & verbal communication
• New operator training and updating skill matrix.
• Production/Electrical/Electronics
• Experience in production of wire harness processes.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
• Years of Experience 4-5 Years
