Jr. Engineer-Production

As a Jr. Engineer- Production at Voltaira group in Asia, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency and quality control within the production environment. Your responsibilities will include releasing production orders in SAP, managing material issue for production lines, facilitating production line operations, monitoring productivity, and implementing quality management systems. Key Responsibilities: - Release production orders in SAP, submit to stores, and manage material issue for all production lines for two shifts. - Facilitate production line with manpower, material, and documents, including setup approval, 4M change, and resource requisition. - Monitor hourly productivity and update in the system, work with other departments for process improvements and product quality assurance. - Implement and enforce the IATF 16949 Quality Management system and ISO 14001 standards. - Conduct root cause analysis for defects and rework, ensure cost-effective production, monitor product standards, and implement quality control programs. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Production/Electrical/Electronics. - Proficiency in production efficiency, discipline, and 5S monitoring on the shop floor. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in production of wire harness processes, knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage. - 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
