About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & scheduling interviews.
• Maintain candidate databases and update HR MIS reports.
• Support onboarding & induction of new employees.
• Help in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on portals.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments to fulfil daily HR requirements.
• Support HR activities like employee engagement, events, and policy updates.
• Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll inputs.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (verbal & written).
• Basic knowledge of HR functions & processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Management / Commerce / Psychology or relevant fields.
• Fresh graduates or final-year students are welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
