Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be based in Surat and will be responsible for executing manual test cases, identifying bugs, and ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand project requirements and translate them into detailed test plans and test cases.
Perform manual testing across web and mobile platforms.
Report bugs and errors to development teams using tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
Conduct regression, integration, and smoke testing as needed.
Coordinate with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
Maintain test documentation and ensure test case coverage is adequate.
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
Good understanding of defect life cycle and bug reporting tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman) is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Must be currently residing in Surat.
