Job Description

Company:

Role Overview:

QC Personnel

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Testing & Analysis:

Conduct routine testing of
adhesives, epoxy, polymer-based products
, and raw materials.
Perform
viscosity, bond strength, curing, stability, and performance tests
as per QC standards.
Maintain accurate test records, batch release documentation, and specifications.

Raw Material Evaluation:

Test and verify raw materials used in adhesive formulations.
Work with procurement and production teams to approve or reject materials based on QC parameters.

Customer Query Handling:

Address customer concerns related to product quality, application, or performance.
Perform
root cause analysis (RCA)
and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with production & technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
Communicate outcomes clearly and professionally to customers.

Quality Compliance & Coordination:

Ensure adherence to QC standards, SOPs, and safety norms.
Support the QA department in audits, documentation, and continual improvement.
Work closely with R&D for feedback on product improvements.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of
adhesives, polymers, resins
, and raw material chemistry
Hands-on experience with
QC lab instruments
(viscometers, tensile testers, mixers, etc.)
Excellent
communication and customer-handling
abilities
Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and QC reporting
