Job Summary

Service Delivery Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to drive performance and quality
Monitor productivity, KPIs, SLAs, and program metrics
Conduct call monitoring and provide actionable feedback
Identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities
Support hiring, onboarding, and training effectiveness
Prepare and analyze reports (productivity, quality, billing/TAQ)
Handle escalations and ensure adherence to TATs and processes
Collaborate with Program Managers and attend client meetings as needed

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years experience in
US Healthcare / Patient Access / Reimbursement / Contact Center operations
Prior
team handling or supervisory experience
preferred
Strong knowledge of US healthcare workflows and patient access operations
Excellent communication, coaching, and people management skills
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality metrics

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Public Health, Healthcare, or related)
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
