• To ensure the preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipments of the specified area / section.
• Execution of Electrical maintenance and perform operation, maintenance and problem shooting of DG, Transformer, PCC, MCC.

  Key Responsibilities

  (Performance Indicators)

  • Implementation of WI/SOP/Check list and history sheet of equipments.
    • Responsible for scheduled maintenance activities of the specified area.
      • Following the Preventive maintenance schedule of Motor MCC and PCC.
        • Daily check routine maintenance and supervision of maintenance job.
          • Indenting of spares follow up with purchase deptt and inspection of material.
            • Implementation of WCM / Six Sigma / TPM initiative in the plant area.
              • Ensuring participation in the Sankalp Scheme for process improvements.
                • Compliance to ISO requirements. No. of Reportees

                  Qualification & Experience

                  • ITI Electrical with 5- 10 years of experience. Key

                    Competencies ( Technical, Functional & Behavioral)

                    • Technical:
                    • Knowledge & experience on maintenance of alternators, transformers, motors and protection relays.
                    • Have practiced on modern electrical maintenance techniques for better efficiency of the electrical installations.
