Supervisor - Operations

As an Operations Manager at Iron Mountain, your role will involve ensuring seamless service delivery across all business lines at the designated location. You will be responsible for overseeing operational performance, facilities management, OHSE and risk management, and integrating newly acquired businesses. By maintaining service quality, supporting business growth, and aligning with Iron Mountain's global standards, you will play a critical role within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations to meet performance targets and maintain facilities to Iron Mountain standards. - Oversee compliance readiness, support customer audits, and define clear job roles within the team. - Ensure SOP compliance, data accuracy in ReQuest/ONeil systems, and monitor system usage. - Control headcount, manage costs, and implement cost control initiatives for budget optimization. - Support Customer Service teams, ensure effective communication with customers, and resolve issues promptly. - Hire, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Ensure adherence to OHSE policies, maintain a safe working environment, and monitor risk exposure. - Facilitate seamless integration of newly acquired businesses and promote adoption of Iron Mountain SOPs. - Identify and implement operational best practices, assess processes for improvement, and drive innovation. Qualification Required: - 10-15 years of operations or warehousing management experience. - Proven track record in managing teams, achieving performance KPIs, and handling customer interactions and audits. - Demonstrated ability to manage cost centers effectively. - Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with warehouse management systems (ReQuest, ONeil), and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.,
