Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Supervisor to join our team at Ramada by Wyndham, with 3-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Manage and train staff members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
Implement effective communication strategies to enhance teamwork and productivity.
Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest experience.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel operations and point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
