Job Title

SUP-ITTo perform a bridge circuit role between business team and IT SAP Technical support by converting business requirements into SAP functional understanding. The role will also perform an integration role with operations and quality.

Principal Accountabilities

Principal AccountabilitiesMaster data management for FICO moduleFICO basic level configuration in SAP, Key Data Structure (KDS for FICO.L0 & L1 level support to plant costing teamAddressing new requirements and business reportingSupporting ActionsTo closely coordinate with Operation& Project team of Costing, understand business need and provide SAPsupport.Ensure timely maintenance of masters into SAPsystem and updated in all respect.Addressing CO tickets as per SLAAudit the SAP-CO process on timely mannerLearn about SAP best practices and apply into system.Facilitate SAP CO module related training programsDrive Digital initiatives in FICO area.Coordination with internal & external agencies.
