Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to achieve target achievements through cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to drive client acquisition.
  • Develop strategies for retaining existing clients by providing exceptional service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with focus on sales or business development.
  • Proven track record in achieving targets related to revenue generation, client acquisition, and retention.
  • Strong understanding of cross-selling, upselling, and renewals processes in the B2B space.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
