Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase client retention rates and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop plans for client acquisition.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-10 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of success in generating revenue through client acquisition, retention, or both.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and ability to leverage them effectively in sales efforts.
  • Experience working in an IT services or consulting environment.
