We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Subject Matter Expert to join our team at TELEPERFORMANCE GLOBAL BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM/ IT Enabled Services/BPO industry, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
