Subject Matter Expert

The primary requirement is for ManageEngine AD360 which includes AD management, Audit and Self Service tool, however if candidate has strong background in Active Directory administration, identity and access management, and familiarity with tools like Quest, SolarWinds, Netwrix, Microsoft Identity Manager, etc that also would be fine.

2 years of hands-on experience managing ManageEngine AD360 products, including AD Manager Plus, AD Audit Plus & AD Self Service Plus or similar tools in same domain.

Experience in managing Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, AD Users and Computers, AD Permissions, and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).

Diagnostic skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ManageEngine AD360 and Active Directory.

Oversee user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews.

Configure and monitor auditing, reporting, and alerting for compliance and security using AD Audit Plus or similar tools.

Work with client stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure the AD environment meets business and compliance requirements.

Hands-on experience with ManageEngine AD360 suite (AD Manager Plus, AD Audit Plus, AD Self Service Plus) or similar tools (Quest ActiveRoles, SolarWinds, Netwrix, Microsoft Identity Manager, etc.).

Strong understanding of Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related directory services.
