Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Responsibilities

1. Course Design & Development

  • Design modular short courses including

    outlines, lessons, case studies, exercises, assessments, and templates

    .
  • Translate complex analytical, research, and data workflows into

    accessible, applied learning experiences

    .
  • Develop

    scenario-based exercises, automated templates, dashboards, and hands-on datasets

    .
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure

    content accuracy, industry relevance, and rubric compliance

    .
  • Iterate and refine content based on

    client feedback and best practices

    .

2. Course Coverage (Mandatory Scope)

The SME will be responsible for designing courses across the following themes:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Market Research, Business, Analytics, or a related field

    (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven expertise in

    market research, competitive intelligence, and marketing strategy

    .
  • Strong command of

    research methodologies, segmentation, forecasting, and statistical analysis

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    survey design, automation tools, and research ROI measurement

    .
  • Practical experience with

    R, data visualization tools, dashboards, and BI platforms

    (Power BI preferred).
  • Familiarity with

    AI applications, ethical AI practices, GDPR, and data governance

    .
  • Demonstrated ability to create

    engaging, structured professional training materials

    .
  • Prior experience in

    corporate or professional learning environments

    is highly desirable.

Collaboration & Standardization

  • Use

    Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

    for all deliverables to maintain version control, comments, and formatting integrity.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Apply strong

    written, verbal, and presentation skills

    for both content creation and training delivery.
