Sub Territory Sales Manager - Kochi

As a Territory Sales Manager for the complete Hitachi Energy portfolio based in Kochi, Kerala, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Achieving Sales Targets for the complete Hitachi Energy portfolio in the Kerala region under the Bengaluru Territory. - Conducting Business Development activities with a focus on technical specifications and building strong connections with top customers. - Promoting and positioning the complete Hitachi Energy present and forthcoming Portfolio in various segments such as Industries, Utilities, EPCs, Distributors, OEMs, and New Channels. - Developing, Placing, Guiding, and Supporting Channel Partners for Sales of Capacitors, Grid Automation Relays, Dry DTs, and appointing new CPs in white spots of the region. - Monitoring Order Execution and providing support to the project handling team for order execution. - Utilizing MIS and necessary tools like SFDC, SAP on a regular basis to maintain good data quality. - Promptly addressing and resolving customer complaints while strictly adhering to Safety, Quality, and Integrity guidelines. - Participating in and organizing customer events like tech seminars, presentations, exhibitions, etc. - Upholding Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, demonstrating responsibility for your actions and showing care for colleagues and the business. Your background should ideally include: - A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. - 5-10 years of experience in relevant fields. - Previous experience in MV, HV Switchgears, Grid Automation is preferred. - Sales & Marketing flair, including Account management skills. - Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach. - Proven track record of managing and facilitating change. - Proficiency in both spoken and written English, along with proficiency in the local language. - Willingness to travel and meet customers as required.
