Job Description

As a Territory Sales Manager for Hitachi Energy's complete portfolio based in Kochi, Kerala, your responsibilities will include: - Achieving sales targets for the complete Hitachi Energy portfolio in the Kerala region under the Bengaluru Territory - Engaging in business development activities with technical specifications and establishing connections with top customers - Promoting and positioning the complete Hitachi Energy portfolio in various segments such as Industries, Utilities, EPCs, Distributors, OEMs, and New Channels - Developing, placing, guiding, and supporting Channel Partners for the sales of Capacitors, Grid Automation Relays, Dry DTs, and appointing new CPs in white spots of the region - Monitoring order execution and providing support to the project handling team - Utilizing tools like SFDC, SAP, and maintaining good data quality through MIS on a regular basis - Addressing and resolving customer complaints promptly - Strictly adhering to safety, quality, and integrity standards - Participating in and organizing customer events like tech seminars, presentations, exhibitions - Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business Your background should ideally include: - A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering - 5-10 years of experience in relevant fields - Previous experience in MV, HV Switchgears, and Grid Automation would be advantageous - Sales and marketing flair with account management skills - Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach - Proven track record of managing and facilitating change - Proficiency in both spoken and written English, as well as proficiency in the local language - Willingness to travel and meet customers Hitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, focusing on powering a sustainable energy future through innovative power grid technologies with a digital core.
