Functional Academies Design and implement functional academies for identified functions Ensure learner engagement and measure learning transfer Create functional specific learning journeys to drive skill enhancements Leadership Development & Talent:Actively support initiatives to drive talent management programs across the Group Create IDP and plan leadership development programs for top talent identified Plan career conversations and map journeys in consultation with Businesses for Talent Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, trust, and inclusion.Building for Associates (Shop-floor.:Develop and standardize associate skilling templates, processes, and programs in partnership with business HR teams.Identify and consolidate the demand for blue-collar worker training programs, addressing skill gaps to ensure workforce competency and productivity.Collaborate with business leaders to ensure that training initiatives align with strategic business objectives and industry standards.Employee Wellbeing:Implement and manage employee wellbeing programs that promote holistic health and work-life balance across the organization.Standardize and introduce technology-enabled recognition programs to acknowledge and reward employee contributions.
