Job description

The Studio Operations Manager oversees the daily operational activities of the studio, ensuring smooth workflows, optimized processes, efficient resource management, and timely delivery of creative output. This role works closely with production, creative, and management teams to maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Workflow Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the studio across photography, videography, and post-production
  • Develop and streamline workflows to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Oversee studio schedules, project timelines, and resource allocation
  • Ensure seamless coordination between creative, production, and marketing teams

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Supervise studio coordinators, production staff, and operational support teams
  • Conduct training, performance evaluations, and skill development initiatives
  • Maintain team discipline, communication, and productivity standards

Equipment & Studio Setup Management

  • Monitor and maintain all studio equipment, lighting, and production tools
  • Ensure readiness of studio setups for shoots, events, and campaigns
  • Manage inventory of props, hardware, and studio supplies

Quality & Process Control

  • Implement operational procedures and best practices
  • Track performance metrics and operational KPIs
  • Ensure output quality meets brand and project requirements

Budgeting & Resource Planning

  • Assist in planning operational budgets, forecasting, and cost control
  • Optimize resource utilization and vendor coordination
  • Maintain operational records, purchase logs, and inventory reports

Compliance, Safety & Maintenance

  • Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized studio environment
  • Plan preventive maintenance for equipment and studio spaces
  • Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and company policies

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with studio managers, creative leads, and project managers
  • Support major productions, shoots, and special projects
  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders for operational needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Production, Management, or related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in studio operations, production management, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of creative production workflows
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage teams and work under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of studio equipment, production tools, and asset management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,288.19 - ₹35,000.00 per month
