The role also requires monitoring industry trends and integrating best practices to enhance studio performance and audience engagement. Qualifications Team Leadership and Project Management skills Experience in Broadcasting and Television production Marketing skills and experience in promoting studio projects Strong organizational and time management abilities Innovative mindset with a thorough understanding of industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Business, or related field Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
