Role Overview

Student Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for students, ensuring smooth onboarding and a positive learning journey.
• Track student performance, attendance, and completion rates; design interventions to reduce dropouts.
• Conduct mentoring sessions, resume workshops, and mock interviews to prepare students for placements.
• Collaborate with trainers, placement, and admin teams to ensure learner success.
• Collect feedback, maintain success dashboards, and report key outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in student support, career services, or training coordination (EdTech/Academia preferred).
• Excellent communication, counseling, and people management skills.
• Data-driven mindset; experience with CRMs like Zoho/Edmingle is a plus.
• Passionate about education and helping students build their careers.

Success Metrics

• High course completion & placement rates.
• Improved student satisfaction (NPS/CSAT).
• Low dropout rates.
