Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Student Success Manager to lead our student engagement initiatives and drive successful outcomes for aspiring international students. This strategic role combines project management, stakeholder relationship management, and educational consultation to ensure optimal student experience and institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate will manage the complete student lifecycle, from initial engagement through successful university enrollment, while maintaining relationships with key educational stakeholders and international university representatives. Experience : 2-5 years Industry: International Education Consulting Key Responsibilities Student Lifecycle Management · Student Engagement Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive student outreach and engagement programs to identify and nurture prospective international students · Educational Consultation : Conduct strategic career counseling sessions to assess student profiles, academic goals, and recommend optimal study abroad pathways · Success Metrics Management : Drive student conversion targets and maintain high success rates in university admissions and visa approvals · Portfolio Management : Manage a portfolio of 150-200+ student cases simultaneously, ensuring personalized attention and timely progress tracking Institutional Relationship Management · Educational Institution Partnerships : Plan and execute strategic visits to colleges and universities across Hyderabad to build partnerships and identify high-potential student prospects · Campus Engagement Programs : Design and implement on-campus seminars, information sessions, and student awareness programs · Academic Institution Liaison : Serve as primary point of contact for partner educational institutions and maintain ongoing relationships with college placement officers and faculty International Stakeholder Management · University Delegate Coordination : Manage relationships with international university delegates, coordinate campus visits, and facilitate student-university interactions · Partner University Liaison : Maintain ongoing communication with admission offices of partner universities across multiple countries · Cross-cultural Communication : Facilitate seamless communication between Indian students and international university representatives Project Management & Operations · Campaign Management : Lead multi-channel student acquisition campaigns including digital marketing, campus events, and referral programs · Process Optimization : Continuously improve student onboarding processes, documentation procedures, and success tracking mechanisms · Data Management : Maintain comprehensive student databases, track conversion metrics, and generate regular performance reports · Team Collaboration : Coordinate with visa processing, documentation, and pre-departure teams to ensure seamless student experience Strategic Business Development · Market Analysis : Analyze local education market trends, competitor activities, and student preferences to inform strategic decisions · Partnership Development : Identify and develop new partnerships with educational institutions, coaching centers, and student communities · Revenue Growth : Contribute to business growth through effective student acquisition and high conversion rates Required Qualifications Educational Background · Bachelor’s degree in business administration , International Relations, Education, or related field · Master's Degree preferred in relevant discipline · Certification in Counseling or Student Services (advantageous) Professional Experience · 2-5 years of experience in student services, educational consulting, or client relationship management · Proven track record in managing student portfolios or client accounts · Experience in international education sector preferred but not mandatory · Background in project management or program coordination Core Competencies ·
