We're seeking a dynamic Student Success Manager to be the cornerstone of our student experience in New Delhi. As our Student Success Manager, you'll wear multiple hats - from being a trusted counselor guiding students through their academic journey to driving our center operations and converting marketing leads into enrolled students. This role combines the rewarding aspects of student mentorship with the excitement of business development in India's thriving education startup ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Support : Provide personalized academic guidance to help students achieve their target scores and dream admissions Lead Conversion : Make strategic telecalls to marketing leads, understanding their needs and converting them into enrolled students Center Operations : Support day-to-day operations including student onboarding, progress tracking, and ensuring seamless delivery of our personalized curriculum Student Retention : Build strong relationships with students, monitor their progress, and ensure high satisfaction rates through proactive engagement Who We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Psychology, Education, Business, or related field preferred) 2+ years of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer success roles Proven experience lead generation with strong conversion track record Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Key Skills & Attributes: Counseling Expertise : Active listening, empathy, and ability to provide educational guidance Sales Acumen : Persuasive communication, objection handling, and target-driven mindset Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with CRM systems, analytics dashboards, and digital communication tools Cultural Fit : Passion for education, student success, and alignment with startup culture Ideal Candidate: Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys engaging with students, and is excited about contributing to India's competitive startup ecosystem where education startups are leading the hiring boom with 88% growth intent.
