Student Success Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing all aspects of their experience with Bambinos.Live.
  2. Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless and positive introduction to the platform.
  3. Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins to proactively address customer queries or concerns.
  4. Collaborate with teachers and parents to design personalized learning plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  5. Prepare and present regular reports on customer interactions, satisfaction, and key trends to support strategic decisions.
  6. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  7. Encourage customers to upgrade programs and foster long-term engagement with the organization.
