It will be your duty to assess student needs, create personalized success plans, monitor their progress, and implement strategies to improve student engagement and retention. You will collaborate closely with the teaching team and parents to establish a positive and conducive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential to excel in this role. A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on student satisfaction and achievement is crucial. While not mandatory, experience in student support, counseling, or education would be considered advantageous.
