Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Vision

• Establish and maintain a nurturing, joyful, and music-rich learning environment.

• Drive the vision of a holistic, music-integrated curriculum in line with the BodhiTree philosophy.

• Academic & Curriculum Oversight

• Oversee daily classroom activities and ensure all subjects are delivered effectively through music-integrated approaches.

• Collaborate with the curriculum team to implement age-appropriate and engaging learning experiences.

• Team Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor preschool teachers and staff.

• Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

• Parent & Community Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for parents, ensuring transparent and supportive communication.

• Organize school events, parent orientations, and music showcases.

• Operations & Compliance

• Ensure the school meets all safety, legal, and regulatory standards.

• Manage admissions, attendance, and reporting systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Education Leadership or equivalent.
• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in a leadership or senior teaching role in a preschool or early years environment.
• A

  strong believer in alternative education methodologies

  and passionate about integrating the arts in learning.
• Familiarity with

  music-based pedagogy

  is a plus (though not mandatory).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
