Role Description The Preschool Director is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, designing and implementing curriculum, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. Other key responsibilities include budgeting, maintaining communication with parents, and fostering a positive learning environment for children. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. Qualifications Experience and proficiency in Curriculum Development and Early Childhood Education Strong understanding of Kindergarten and Education principles Skills in Budgeting and financial management Proven leadership and organizational abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Teaching certification or degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field is a plus Prior experience as a Preschool Director or relevant administrative role is advantageous
