Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Counselor located in Noida. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling to students regarding their career prospects, guiding them through the application process, and helping them choose appropriate courses and institutions. Daily tasks will include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing informational seminars, and supporting students with documentation and visa applications. Additionally, the Student Counselor will assist with customer service inquiries and follow up with students to ensure they are well-prepared for their studies abroad. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Performance Management • Lead, mentor, and motivate admission counsellors to achieve individual and team enrollment goals. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to improve skills. • Monitor daily activities, call productivity, and CRM usage to ensure quality and performance standards are met. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture with a focus on professional development. 2. Admissions Process Oversight • Oversee the complete admission counselling process, ensuring timely and accurate application handling. • Address escalated queries and resolve complex concerns related to admissions. • Work with marketing and operations teams to align lead generation efforts with team capacity and ensure seamless onboarding of students. 3. Strategy Development & Target Achievement • Develop and execute strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets. • Analyze team performance, conversion ratios, and lead quality to inform strategic decisions. • Identify and address gaps in the counselling process to improve efficiency and outcomes. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational partners. • Ensure effective communication between the admissions team and senior management. • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a cohesive and efficient admissions process. Qualifications Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience and knowledge in the Education sector Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards students' needs Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field Show more Show less
