Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Noida. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and setting up appointments. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and following up on leads. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of calls and customer information.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling and managing customer inquiries
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up on leads
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
