Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Student Counsellor to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding potential aspirants through the admission process, helping them choose the right courses, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel potential aspirants regarding course offerings and admission procedures
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries from leads
• Understand aspirants' goals and recommend suitable programs
• Follow up with leads to ensure timely conversions
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new students
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve the admissions process
• Meet monthly admission targets and maintain a high conversion rate

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in counselling, sales, or customer service is an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inquiries professionally and provide clear information
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
