Management Consultant (Strategy)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Develop and present data-driven business strategies to clients.
• Identify client challenges and structure consulting engagements to address their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and participating in client meetings.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in consulting Preferred; or should have equivalent industry exposure.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, or business advisory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and research tools; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Experience in a consulting firm or in a strategy role within a corporate setting.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience working with startups, SMEs, or in emerging markets.
