About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Strategy & Execution Associate to join the CEO’s Office and act as a structured, process-driven force multiplier. You’ll ensure seamless coordination, sharpened communication, and consistent execution of strategic initiatives between the CEO and senior leadership—while freeing up the CEO’s bandwidth for high-impact thinking and decisions.

What You’ll Do

- Liaise with senior leadership to track action items, deliverables, and follow-ups—ensuring clarity, timely progress, and escalation where needed.

- Design and maintain review frameworks for teams and projects, helping the CEO stay focused and informed.

- Draft high-quality presentations, reports, emails, and decks for both internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct research on potential initiatives, market trends, and industry developments to inform decision-making.

- Own end-to-end execution of special projects—from ideation to handover—with discipline and structure.

- Organize and document meetings, decisions, timelines, and next steps efficiently and transparently.

About You

- 4–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, business management, or consumer brand environments.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on process and structure.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Skilled at preparing clear and compelling presentations and reports.

- Comfortable working closely with leaders and managing relationships effectively.

- Discreet, adaptable, and dependable—someone the entire leadership team trusts.
