Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Investigate new problem spaces through customer discovery, expert conversations, and secondary research.
• Analyze competitive landscapes to surface whitespace and positioning opportunities.
• Synthesize findings into insight memos, briefs, and strategic options.
• Contribute to proposals, scopes, and case notes in support of pre-sales and delivery.
• Partner with the Startup Financial Analyst to align qualitative insights with financial implications.
• Capture learnings from projects and repurpose them into case snapshots and thought pieces.
• Present your work directly to founders and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  

Requirements

• Have 1-3 years of experience in startups, consulting, or incubators (portfolio of work > pedigree).
• Enjoy digging into both primary and desk research.
• Are skilled at turning inputs into clear storylines and strategic recommendations.
• Write tightly, think visually, and communicate with precision.
• Value working in a non-corporate, high-agency environment where outcomes matter more than titles.
• Good to have: Notion/Slides fluency; light BI or SQL; exposure to India's early-stage ecosystem.
