Key Responsibilities

1. Agency Partnerships (Primary Focus)

• Enable agencies with: Clear pitch decks, Use cases, Demo access, Commercial incentives (referral or revenue-share models)

top-of-mind


2. Community & Ecosystem Engagement

• Actively participate in: Shopify Community, Marketplace builder forums, E-commerce and SaaS founder communities

• Engage meaningfully (not just promotional): Answer questions, Share insights, Participate in discussions where marketplace architecture is relevant

• Build visibility and credibility for Shipturtle within these ecosystems.


3. App & Platform Partnerships

• Identify complementary Shopify apps and ecosystem tools where: There is overlap in customer profile, Cross-promotion or joint positioning makes sense

• Explore: Co-marketing opportunities, Partner listings, Bundled or recommended integrations

• Build lightweight, scalable partnerships rather than heavy enterprise alliances.


4. Proactive Partner Discovery (Outbound & Creative Approaches)

• Proactively identify agencies through: Forums, Community responses, Marketplace-related queries

• Use creative discovery tactics, including: Submitting test/dummy marketplace inquiries to identify agencies actively responding to such projects, Following up with those agencies separately to propose Shipturtle as their marketplace stack

• Maintain a structured pipeline of potential partners.


5. Partner Enablement & Success

• Ensure partners are successful by: Helping them understand when Shipturtle is a good fit (and when it’s not), Reducing friction in demos, onboarding, and early projects

• Collect partner feedback to: Improve positioning, Identify gaps in documentation, demos, or product features

• Act as the internal voice of partners within Shipturtle


6. Metrics & Ownership

• Own and track: Number of active partners, Qualified leads generated via partners, Conversion rate of partner leads, Revenue contribution from partnerships

• Continuously improve partner quality over sheer quantity.
