  • Please note this role is completely on revenue sharing basis.

  • Proficiency in building and nurturing Strategic Partnerships
  • Strong Business Development and Sales acumen
  • Expertise in crafting and executing Go-to-Market Strategies
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in leadership development or talent management is a plus
