About the Role

Lead Generation, Credit Cards, and Insurance verticals

end-to-end journey

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and revenue opportunities in the

    credit cards & insurance

    space.
  • Build business cases, financial projections, and product propositions.
  • Lead strategic partnerships with banks, insurers, and distribution partners.
  • Drive go-to-market execution with marketing, operations, and tech teams.
  • Monitor product performance, scale successful initiatives, and optimize funnels.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence, risk management, and portfolio quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mandatory experience in Credit Cards and Insurance

    (product, partnerships, or distribution).
  • 3–5 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or related industries.
  • Strong business acumen with P&L understanding.
  • Proven ability to launch and scale financial products.
  • Excellent negotiation, partner management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong execution capabilities.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
