SUMMARY
Summary:
As a Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Sales professional based in Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of corporate banking in India by driving ecosystem expansion and enterprise growth. This high-impact individual contributor role centres on building a leading B2B banking API partner network and securing direct enterprise deals with India’s top 200 corporates. You will be instrumental in advancing digital transformation across wholesale banking by enabling seamless banking connectivity, treasury automation, and automated e-stamping adoption. With full P&L ownership and executive visibility, you’ll define go-to-market strategies, forge strategic alliances, and deliver measurable business outcomes making this a key driver of market penetration and platform scalability.

Responsibilities:
  • Ecosystem Building:
Develop and expand a premier B2B banking API partner network, including ERPs (Zoho, Tally, SAP), supply chain platforms, and treasury management solutions.
Establish strategic collaborations with e-stamping authorities (SHCIL, GRAS, SAMPADA) to accelerate automated e-stamping adoption across partner banks.
Design mutually beneficial partnership models, including commercial terms, revenue-sharing structures, and integration roadmaps.
Empower partners to resell Swift API services to their corporate client base.

  • Direct Enterprise Sales:
Prospecting, engaging, and closing deals with CFOs, Treasury Heads, and Payments Heads at India’s top 200 corporates.
Position Swift API as a strategic solution for banking connectivity, e-stamping, and treasury automation.
Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution ensuring high conversion and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, and Implementation teams to design tailored solutions and ensure smooth post-sale delivery.

  • Revenue & Performance Ownership:
Own P&L and revenue targets across both partnership and direct sales channels.
Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts and provide strategic business insights to leadership.
Monitor competitive dynamics and continuously refine go-to-market strategy to maintain market leadership.
Track key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement in pipeline quality and deal velocity.

Requirements
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development within fintech, banking, or SaaS environments.
  • Experience in selling complex technology solutions (APIs, treasury systems, digital platforms) to C-suite and finance leaders.
  • Strong understanding of India’s corporate banking landscape, including treasury operations, supply chain finance, and e-stamping regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale partner ecosystems with clear commercial frameworks and integration strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and delivering on P&L targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across India for client and partner engagements.
