Were now expanding our outreach team to scale high-touch, personalized brand conversations with senior industry leader About the Role We are seeking a Strategic Outreach Associate who will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and engaging senior decision-makers on platforms like LinkedIn. You will play a vital role in introducing them to our value proposition and cultivating strong, trust-based relationships one conversation at a time. This role blends inside sales, strategic communication, digital networking, and brand building . Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn and other B2B databases Craft personalized connection requests and messages to CXOs, VPs, and other senior professionals Initiate and maintain 1:1 conversations that reflect our brand tone and thought leadership Educate prospects about our product and its relevance to their domain Hand off qualified interest to the senior sales or partnership teams Track and manage outreach using CRM and engagement tools Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on prospect conversations What Were Looking For 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or similar customer-facing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to engage professionally with senior leaders (CXO/VP level) Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar Self-driven, persistent, and comfortable with metric-driven environments A flair for brand communication and building relationships over time Bonus Points For Prior experience in B2B SaaS, HRTech, Fintech, or enterprise solutions Understanding of solution selling and consultative sales techniques Ability to contribute to outreach copywriting and strategy What You'll Gain The chance to represent a growing brand at the front lines Learn to communicate and sell to senior business leaders globally Opportunity to grow into business development, key account, or marketing leadership roles A collaborative team that values initiative, creativity, and learning How to Apply Please share your resume along with a short note on why this role interests you.
