Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Growth Lead to join our leadership team. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with 5-6 years of experience in marketing & sales preferably within the AI or pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and proven leadership skills to drive growth and elevate our brand within the market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: ○ Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. ○ Oversee brand positioning, market research, and competitive analysis to refine marketing initiatives and ensure optimal market penetration. ○ Manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with business goals. ○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to create marketing collateral that effectively communicates the company’s value proposition. 2.
