Job Title: Strategic Business Unit Manager - ERP Sales
Location: Thane

It specializes in providing web-based ERP solutions tailored for industries such as manufacturing, construction, logistics, trading, and oil & gas. The firm offers both cloud and on-premises systems with mobile accessibility, focusing on automation and real-time data to enhance operational efficiency. With a presence in multiple countries and a team of over 350 professionals, it has earned several awards for innovation and excellence in enterprise software solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements, wishes, and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
  • Generate regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to promote our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, effectively handling complaints or objections from clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and drive sales performance.
  • Gather and share feedback from customers or prospects with internal teams to improve our offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the ERP sales industry
  • Hands-on experience in ERP software sales within the manufacturing segment preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, CRM, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales software tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about achieving results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
