Description
We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Strategic Accounts Lead with a proven track record in Enterprise and B2B Sales . This role will be responsible for managing and expanding our most strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and building long-term, value-based relationships with C-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Key Account Management , demonstrate strong commercial acumen, and have the ability to craft and execute account-specific strategies that align with customer goals and organizational priorities. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth. Develop and execute account plans tailored to each client’s business objectives, industry trends, and evolving needs. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for strategic accounts, building strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers. Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across departments. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support) to deliver exceptional client outcomes and customized solutions. Identify new business opportunities within accounts to expand product/service adoption and grow revenue. Provide accurate revenue forecasting and performance reporting based on customer engagement and pipeline. Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence to inform account strategies. Champion the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and service enhancements. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus. 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales, or Strategic/Key Account Management, ideally in SaaS, tech, or enterprise solutions. Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to influence senior executives and navigate large enterprise organizations. Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach and strong business acumen. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools. Preferred Skills Experience managing Multiple Strategic & Key accounts. Background in working with procurement and legal teams for complex contract negotiations. Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives with cross-functional teams.
