Strategic Account Sales Manager

As an experienced Account Manager in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing large or complex accounts successfully. You should have a strong understanding of system integration, telecom technologies, and enterprise solutions like Unified Communications, Networking, and Managed Services. Your proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage large or complex accounts effectively - Understand and implement system integration, telecom technologies, and enterprise solutions - Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite for account management - Achieve revenue and profitability targets - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Generate account performance reports and sales forecasts Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role - Proven track record of successfully managing large or complex accounts - Familiarity with enterprise solutions like Unified Communications, Networking, and Managed Services In this role, your performance will be measured based on revenue and profitability targets, sales pipeline achievement, customer satisfaction levels, upselling and cross-selling opportunities identified, account performance reports generated, and accurate sales forecasts provided.
