You will be joining Aurum Analytica Pvt Ltd, a Real estate focused data Analytics Company under Aurum PropTech. Your role as a Strategic Account Sales Manager will require you to be located on-site in Pune. Your responsibilities will include formulating and executing sales strategies, managing important accounts, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales objectives. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in market research, offer product feedback, and collaborate closely with internal teams. To excel in this role, you should possess Sales Strategy Development, Account Management, and Client Relationship Building skills. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience catering to builders in the Pune and Nagpur region is essential. A demonstrated history of achieving performance targets will be advantageous. Proficiency in Market Research, Product Feedback, excellent communication, and negotiation skills are crucial. Moreover, having analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and prior experience in the real estate industry will be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required for this position.,
