Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    end-to-end solution sales

    for automotive clients, focusing on semiconductors, chips, and electronic components.
  • Manage and expand

    strategic customer accounts

    by developing strong, long-term business relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work closely with

    OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and automotive technology companies

    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, R&D, delivery) to provide

    customized solutions

    that address client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals with a focus on

    value-based selling

    .
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to

    advise clients

    and

    strengthen sales strategies

    .
  • Achieve and exceed

    sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives

    .


Desired Candidate Profile

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in

    B2B solution sales

    , preferably in the

    automotive electronics/semiconductor industry

    .
  • Strong technical understanding of

    semiconductors, chips, and related automotive technologies

    .
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in

    closing large accounts

    and achieving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced environment

    with multiple stakeholders.
  • Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
